We’ve committed to uphold the Armed Forces Covenant and support the Armed Forces community. We recognise the contribution that Service personnel, both regular and reservist, veterans, and military families make to our organisation, our community and to the country.

At Cloud Rede, we take great pride in supporting our Armed Forces community. That’s why we’ve chosen to sign a voluntary pledge to uphold the values of the Armed Forces Covenant.

The Covenant is a promise from the nation ensuring that those who serve or who have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, are treated fairly and are not disadvantaged in their day-to-day lives.

We recognise the invaluable contribution that Service personnel, reservists, veterans, the cadet movement, and military families make to our organisation, our community, and to the country.

Supporting Service personnel and families

Assisting reservists and Cadet Force adult volunteers

We offer additional paid annual leave days to assist reservists in fulfilling their duties and provide similar support to Cadet Force adult volunteers for their training requirements. Moreover, we consider ways in which remote-working solutions might benefit the mobile Armed Forces community, especially partners and spouses.

Employment Assistance

Supporting veterans with mentoring and guaranteed interviews.

We provide mentoring programs and guaranteed interview schemes to veterans seeking employment, ensuring they receive the support and opportunities they deserve as they transition into civilian careers.

Promotion

Advocating for the Armed Forces Covenant and supporting the Armed Forces community.

We actively promote the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant and our commitment to the Armed Forces Community to our staff, customers, supply chains, and the wider public. Additionally, we champion the employment of Service spouses, partners, and dependants, recognising their potential need for short notice leave during deployments.

Engagement

Collaborating with charities and the Career Transition Partnership.

We partner with relevant charities and the Career Transition Partnership to offer meaningful work opportunities to the wounded, injured, and sick, ensuring a smooth transition into civilian life.
