Christian is an industry-leading SQL advisor, specialising in Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL Database.
Having worked with SQL since 1999, Christian guides with experience, advising on highly complex SQL requirements for our clients. He has published a number of works on database administration and SQL Server troubleshooting.
Joe Pollock
Joe is a highly experienced SQL Server DBA and team manager, having spent the past 25 years specialising in performance tuning and cost optimisation in SQL Server and Azure.
Joe is one of our Principal Cloud DBAs, leading our managed services, overseeing technical delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
James Homewood
After seven years in the British Army as an Electronic Warfare and Signals Intelligence Operator, James transitioned his skills into cloud technologies.
James is a skilled Cloud DBA, leveraging his expertise in Azure and AWS to optimise database performance and enhance cloud infrastructure.Andreea Balauca

As a Cloud Engineer, Andreea plays a key role in supporting our Managed DBA and Cloud Services team, ensuring our customers’ platforms remain secure, efficient, and reliable.
Nirvesh Mahadooa
Nirvesh holds an MSc in Computer Science and Cybersecurity and has experience working with SQL, Azure, Linux, and DevOps pipelines. With a strong interest in coding and software development, he brings valuable technical skills to the team.
